6 March – join us for a promenade

If you’ve seen the wonderful steampunkish Spanish playground that’s been built on the Wellington waterfront for the Arts Festival, you’ve probably thought ‘we should have a look at that’.  And so we will.

Join us on Sunday 6th at 2pm at Frank Kitts Park, next to the playground.  The forecast is good at this stage; we’ll have a jolly good promenade while admiring the scenery, then retire somewhere convenient for tea – possibly the Amora, but we’ll decide that on the day.

And if your racing teapot is looking for an outing before CubaDupa, bring it along.  With only a few weeks to go this will be a great opportunity to hand out fliers and talk to people about Splendid Teapot Racing.
